at The Norrmans, we offer you a new food and wine experience. Over the past two
years running the bed and breakfast, we have understood how important great
food is to our guests. We have therefor brought in a new host couple to run the
daily operations and to create a whole new food and beverage profile. Fanny and
Scott has previously worked at restaurants such as Frantzén in Stockholm, AOC, Amass and Relæ in Copenhagen, Scott is our chef
and Fanny is our sommelier specialized in organic, biodynamic and minimal
intervention wine. Together, they will develop The Norrmans’ kitchen, growing
their own vegetables, working with smaller local producers and cooking from
scratch with only fresh produce.
host couple is passionate about crafting extraordinary cooking experiences and
creating an atmosphere people enjoy being in. Together we believe that we can
create something magical, we can’t wait for this new season!
